Albany, NY — The Caring Gene® has launched its new Career Pathways Training Program (CPT), a comprehensive initiative designed to address critical healthcare workforce shortages across New York State, while creating accessible career advancement opportunities, and supporting individuals seeking to become professionals in the healthcare industry.

The program, which has already garnered overwhelming interest with over 1,100 inquiries, provides full coverage of tuition, books, and fees for eligible participants pursuing education in 13 high-demand healthcare fields. Currently, 153 students are enrolled, with hundreds more preparing to begin in the Summer/Fall 2025 semester.

“With the launch of the Caring Gene Career Pathways Training Program, we are offering individuals a clear pathway to meaningful careers in healthcare, while also addressing critical workforce shortages in New York State,” said Kevin M.
